We are Crème Academy

The Crème Academy is located in the heart of Bangkok’s central  shopping area and boasts state-of-the-art facilities that include Dolby Atmos sound studios, labs, digital workstations, and the latest in digital audio and filmmaking equipment and accessories. Our students have access to recording studios and live rooms designed by world renowned acoustician, Masami “Sam” Toyoshima (Abbey Road, Olympic Studios), complete with Genelec monitors and the AMS Neve Genesys Console (of which we were AMS Neve UK’s very first training centre in Asia). The school also houses a Green Screen studio, Colour Grading Suite with DaVinci Resolve Advanced Panel, and industry-standard film equipment, including BlackMagic URSA cameras, Panasonic, and ARRI Lighting kits. All were designed to supply students with an education that meets industry standards and provides hands-on experience in professional sound and film production.

Our Story

Crème Academy was founded in 2002 as the SAE Institute Thailand under a franchise agreement. We were the first school to offer creative media technology training in Thailand, the first ‘AMS Neve Appointed Training Partner’ in the world, and we are still the only school to offer international audio and film programs in Thailand.

After a strong 11 years at its first campus, the school moved to a new state-of-the-art facility at Zen @ Central World, one of Southeast Asia’s biggest commercial complexes. The new campus’ studios were designed by highly respected Japanese acoustician, Mr. Masami “Sam” Toyoshima, who is famous for his more than 250 studio designs including the Abbey Road and Olympic studios.

In early 2018, the school was rebranded as Creme Academy Thailand and currently operates its own programs in conjunction with other institutes and universities.

Crème Academy continues to support the creative media industry by delivering international quality education in well-designed facilities, working closely with the local industry to address its needs. Our teaching system is at the core of our mission and we aim to continually enhance and improve the way our students learn so that they can maximise their future careers.

The Crème Advantage

Our 17 year legacy as an institute and our deep connections to the industry allow us to stay relevant and identify the future needs of the industry. We are proud to say that our students receive more practical learning during their studies than most other courses in the world, giving them an extraordinary advantage in the marketplace.
